“Be still, and know that I am God.”
Psalm 46:10 · WEB · excerpt
You don’t have to carry it all today. Before the noise, the needs, and the next thing on your list, there is a quiet invitation: come as you are. God is already here.

Set down the noise of the day.
Take a breath. Let your heart find its way to God.
“Be still, and know that I am God.”
Psalm 46:10 · WEB · excerpt
You don’t have to carry it all today. Before the noise, the needs, and the next thing on your list, there is a quiet invitation: come as you are. God is already here.
Father, quiet the hurry in my heart. Help me release what I cannot control and receive the peace of your presence. Lead me through this day with a gentle spirit and a trusting heart. In Jesus’ name, amen.
What is one thing you can surrender to God today?
1–2 Minutes · A sacred pause in a busy day
5–10 Minutes · Make space to go a little deeper
How is your heart feeling?
First and foremost, I dedicate SELAH to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
SELAH is my worship. My testimony. My journey home.
The gift I placed in your hands became the seed God planted in my own heart. From that seed, SELAH was born.
May SELAH lead you back to the place where you last met Him. Not because He left, but because He has been waiting there all along.
Pause. Breathe. Listen.
God is here.
