The SELAH 90-Day
Prayer Journal

A quiet place to meet God.
The SELAH 90-Day Prayer Journal is being prepared for publication through Amazon KDP. It is a tangible companion to the moments you spend here.
Let the app invite you to pause, breathe, and listen. Let the physical journal hold the words you want to keep: honest prayers, daily gratitude, reflections, and the answers you discover along the way.
Together, they make room for a consistent prayer rhythm — a few sacred minutes today, a deeper story over time.
The story behind SELAH
First and foremost, I dedicate SELAH to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Thank You for never leaving me, even when I wandered. Like Adam in the Garden, I discovered that although I may lose my place, I never lose the God who comes looking for me. When I struggled to find the place where I had last heard Your voice, You patiently reminded me that Your invitation had never changed: “Return.”
Return to the place where You last met me. Return to the place where I last heard Your voice. Return to the place where my heart knew Your presence.
Thank You for calling my name, for restoring my heart, and for teaching me that home has never been a location—it has always been Your presence.
SELAH is my worship. My testimony. My journey home.
I also lovingly dedicate SELAH to the three remarkable young women who unknowingly inspired its beginning. What started as a simple gift—a journal, a pen, a soft blanket, a candle, and the gentle sound of flowing water—was my way of encouraging you to meet with God every day in the same place.
I wanted you to discover the beauty of creating a sacred space where you could hear His voice, know His presence, and grow in your relationship with Him.
Little did I know that while I was inviting you to seek Him, God was inviting me to return to Him.
The gift I placed in your hands became the seed God planted in my own heart. From that seed, SELAH was born.
Today, my prayer is no longer just for three young women. It is for every person who longs to hear God’s voice again.
May SELAH lead you back to the place where you last met Him. Not because He left, but because He has been waiting there all along.
Pause. Breathe. Listen.
God is here.
